EirloomEirloom

Congratulations.

Choosing to start Eirloom is one of the most important decisions you will make for yourself this year, and one of the most important investments you will make in the next decade of your life.

Most people wait for a health scare to force change. You are choosing to build the foundation before that ever has to happen, and that decision alone puts you ahead of almost everyone.

Over the next 120 days, you will move through a complete diagnostic and personalized system built across the 8 Domains that govern how long, and how well, you live: sleep, VO2 max, muscle mass and strength, nutrition and supplements, stress regulation, metabolic health, social connection and purpose, and cognitive health.

Your Eirloom advisor will build your plan entirely around your data, your constraints, and your goals, and will refine it as you progress. What you build across these 120 days becomes the foundation for a longer, sharper, stronger next decade. Welcome in.

The commitment

Lasting change comes from identity, not willpower.

Behavioral science is clear on one thing above all others: lasting change comes from identity, not willpower. People who sustain transformation are the ones who commit to becoming a certain kind of person, not just to hitting a number on a chart. This is that commitment.

  1. 01I am treating this program as a shift in identity, not a temporary fix. I am becoming someone who protects their health as a non negotiable.
  2. 02I will show up to every scheduled session and assessment, because consistency compounds faster than intensity ever will.
  3. 03I will report my data and my setbacks honestly. An inaccurate picture produces a plan that cannot actually help me.
  4. 04I will treat small daily actions, not occasional big efforts, as the real driver of change. Frequency beats intensity.
  5. 05I will expect real discomfort and resistance, especially in the first few weeks, and I will not mistake that discomfort for proof the program is not working.
  6. 06I will let my environment work for me, not against me, by making the right choice the easy one wherever I can.
  7. 07I will use my advisor as an accountability partner, not only a source of information. Change that is witnessed is change that sticks.
  8. 08I will measure my progress against my own baseline, not against anyone else on my team.
  9. 09I will treat a missed session or an off day as a single data point, not a pattern, and return to the plan immediately rather than waiting for a fresh start.
  10. 10I am doing this for the person I am building toward over the next decade, not only for how I feel this week.
Scheduling

Schedule your second epigenetic interview

Your first epigenetic interview covered your history and your baseline. Your second goes deeper into the domains most relevant to your specific plan. This session runs 30 minutes and should happen next week.

Suggest two or three times that would work well for you next week, and your Eirloom advisor will confirm the one that fits best.

The details
Optional

Eirloom occasionally features real client outcomes, always with discretion. Toggle on if you are comfortable being referenced, anonymously or by name, as a case study or in a future company presentation. Entirely optional, and has no effect on your program.
